Subscriptions & Access

Luna Haven is accessed through a paid subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your plan under My Subscriptions. After cancellation, access will remain available until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Because Luna Haven provides immediate access to a digital service, refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error or have a concern, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request with care.

Safety

Luna Haven is not intended for crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or call/text 988 in the United States.
